Me again!

It's me again. I haven't posted in a long while, for a couple of reasons. First, I have been busy, as I'm sure Liz has posted. Second, Liz does a better job than me with the posts. Finally, I started feeling all this imaginary pressure. It seems many people enjoyed my last post, and I felt like I couldn't post again until I had something even better. So I created some imaginary pressure, which led to writer's block. I know what you're thinking - how does a non-writer get writer's block? I don't know either, but it happened. Anyway, more than anything I've been busy, so when I home I prefer to hang out with the family.

Now, though, my kids are sleeping (although I should be waking Avery up for the day) and it's too rainy to do deck work. Ergo, it's posting time. This post actually will be a quick one, because I can't think of anything funny to write (most of the silliness in my life comes from Ave, and you'd have to be here, see her, and hear her to understand most of it), and I want to post some pics of Liz, because she never seems to do that.


Here's a picture of Liz and Tate enjoying the lake on the 4th. Tate was having a little trouble breathing with the wind, so Liz had to have him covered a little bit.






Obviously, this one is Liz and Avery, enjoying our "giant" new pool together this past weekend. As you can see, they are immensely enjoying their time playing together. I took many more pictures, but this is about the best one of Ave.
